Rodents
Rats and mice are not fussy they will make themselves at home in houses, sheds and outhouses. They can average 4-10 litters per year with an average of 6 pups per litter. As well as causing damage to property and possessions, they also carry diseases such as leptospirosis and typhoid fever. The constant gnawing of rodents may be the cause of damage to wires, cables, doors, skirtings and other parts of the building. Its not uncommon to have the odd rodent around, however if left untreated, can become a large infestation fast.
