The most common problem causing bird is the Feral Pigeon, they have the potential to be a public health risk spreading diseases such as histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, and psittacosis. They attract ticks, mites, cockroaches and rodents. If left unmanaged heavy build-up of fouling damages buildings, air conditioners, solar panels and gutters due to their highly corrosive droppings. Other common bird issues we encounter are starlings. starlings will build nests in your roof space generally entering under gaps under corrugated roof sheets or the ends of ridge Capping. They will fill a cavity with messy nesting materials and will often infest the affected area with bird mites.
